In this episode I chat with Dayne Weaver from Dayne's Craft Barbecue in Fort Worth, Texas. We talk about his growing up all over the planet(literally) and ending up in Fort Worth. We discuss his fiance Ashley purchasing him his first professional smoker that propelled him towards a career in BBQ. We get into his underground pop-ups and the new brick and mortar location opening mid to late summer/early fall. He has the passion, creativity, and a strong support system in Ashley that makes his future extremely exciting.
